In 8/07 I reported an officer (Ofcr. XXXX/now a Sergeant), for kicking a suspect ... While cuffing the suspect, XXXX kicked the suspect twice in the chest and once in the face. ... after reporting it to supervisors, nothing was done ... after successfully completing probation ... I was relieved of duty by the LAPD while assigned to patrol at Southwest division in retaliation for reporting the incident.
